I would like to thank John and his team at OC for the superb service. My house was designed by an architect to make the most of the sun and a lovely view. Consequently, it was built with many internal angles and steps. OC handled the whole complicated job with very professional expertise and consideration. I was consulted as to convenient times, and it was a happy and cheerful atmosphere during what could have been a stressful time. Friends and family have complimented on the beautiful carpet.

Having got the run around from a franchise flooring supplier didn’t impress Buckland Beach’s Mary Wilton. Her patience wore out and she contacted OC. From there great results flowed.
Online Carpet did a great job for us – from the initial showroom look-sees, to the superb measuring onsite and estimating, through to laying new underlay and carpet throughout our hallway and several rooms, with 7 doorways to work around! They even helped move a few pieces of furniture in and out of one of the rooms. No fuss or bother. And talk about a good job. One large national company quoted two-days for laying the new carpet. OC did the whole job by early afternoon, same day. And there really was no compromise on quality. OC is a real find; significant competitive pricing compared to all the mad estimates we received from the big carpet corporates. Right now, these are definitely the ‘go to’ carpet retailer for us in this area.
