Michelle Cappel
Director
Michelle feels coming into OC is like coming home. She grew up in the Howick and Pakuranga area and spent many years riding at Howick Pony Club. Living in rural Karaka with her family and beloved animals Michelle is passionate about lifestyle and home. She is a people person and has a great colour sense and works closely with clients to add the perfect finishing touches to flooring choices.

John Wallace
Director
John has had a long and varied business career based around sales. Over the last 22 years he represented major United States brands initially as sales manager and as general manager New Zealand and subsequently general manager director Australasia. He and wife Megan created Onetangi Road Vineyard and Waiheke Island Brewery. John has a passion for family, lifestyle, DIY and the joys of home.

Jenny Pickering
Showroom Consultant
Jenny originates from the South. She has a genuine love for design, colour and fashion, having owned her own fashion shop.
She has also spent many years in the Howick community, heavily involved in the education sector and the welfare of young people.
She is the proud mother of 5 adult children, and many grandchildren. She also loves a bit of DIY.

Lara Brookes
Showroom Consultant
Lara was born in Howick where she spent her first 21 years before heading off overseas.
She is a Laboratory Technician in a former life and is the newest member to join the OC team.
Lara enjoys working with customers and helping them work out which flooring is right for them.
Outside of work, she is a keen potter and enjoys yoga. Lara lives on a lifestyle block with her family and menagerie of farm animals, including Rory, the OC shop dog.

Karen McCrindle
Showroom Consultant
Karen was born and bred in Howick and has been part of the Online Carpet team on and off for 10 plus years. She enjoys working with customers to ensure they are happy with their flooring choices. In everyday life, Karen is a hands on Nanny to her 4 grandchildren and a celebrant.

Rachel Williams
Showroom Consultant
Rachel has lived in the Botany area for over 25 years and she has four adult children who all attended local schools.
Rachel is passionate about putting customers’ needs first so whether you are looking to update a rental or renovate your forever home Rachel would love to help you.
