Online Carpets were great to deal with for our two level recarpet which was a big job over 3 days. John always took our calls even in the weekends and answered our many questions. Andrew came out to us to discuss where the seams would be. With John & Andrews input, knowledge and trusted advice this greatly helped and due to this we went ahead. We are now enjoying our Robert Malcolm carpet which feels luxurious and has refreshed our home. Happy!
